Tutoring Information for TUTORCARE Membership

TUTORCARE complies with all federal rules and regulations governing online business. Providing membership and collecting personally identifiable information from children under 13 is prohibited under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

In terms of COPPA, we must obtain parental permission for all children under the age of 13 to be registered as students and use any of our tutoring services. For all children under the age of 13, parents must make their own TUTORCARE account and regulate and supervise your child's activities on our site.

We will not knowingly accept any information from children under the age of 13 beyond what is needed to provide the best learning experience for these children.
